Are you an experienced Sales Executive/Sales Negotiator ready to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in our East regional business. This is a unique opportunity offering career progression to a full Sales Manager role within 6 – 12 months, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Sales Manager, you will support the Sales & Marketing Director and the Regional Sales Managers and gain first-hand experience in:

    • Assisting and guiding Development Sales Executives across our new-build developments in our East operational areas.
    • Learning to manage performance across sites and identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Supporting the day-to-day sales process and helping to ensure policy and system compliance.
    • Liaising with internal departments (Construction, Technical) and external partners (Solicitors, Mortgage Advisors).
    • Maintaining and updating CRM systems and assisting in managing prospect databases.
    • Understanding and supporting development presentation standards.
    • Participating in marketing initiatives and local strategy reviews.
    • Assisting in site launches and supporting in customer experience delivery.

What you will bring

  • Experience as a Sales Executive/Sales Negotiator, ideally within new homes or property sales.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to consistently deliver results.
  • A positive, tenacious attitude – driven to succeed and develop.
  • A genuine team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivation to grow into a leadership role, with the desire to coach and inspire others in the near future.
